This Privacy Policy describes how ZagAIrot Technologies LLC ("ZagAIrot," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit zagairot.com or use our products and services, including ChatBot Chuck, InboxAxe, and ArkHive (collectively, the "Services").

Information you provide directly:

• Contact information — name, email address, phone number, and company name when you fill out a contact form, request a consultation, or create an account.
• Chatbot conversations — messages, questions, and any information you choose to share when interacting with our AI chatbot(s). Do not share sensitive personal information (health, financial account numbers, government IDs) in chatbot conversations.
• Marketing preferences — email address and communication preferences when you subscribe to our mailing list or marketing communications.
• Payment information — when you purchase a subscription or service, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. We retain records of transactions (amount, date, plan) for accounting and support.

Information collected automatically:

• Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, and timestamps, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Services;
• Respond to inquiries and consultation requests;
• Process payments and manage subscriptions;
• Send marketing communications you have opted into (you may unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email);
• Maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

3. AI Processing Disclosure

Our Services use artificial intelligence. Chatbot conversations may be processed by Anthropic (Claude) to generate responses. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Conversations may be logged for quality, safety, and audit purposes, including through our ArkHive governance and audit system.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers — payment processors (Stripe), email delivery services (Resend), hosting providers (OVH), and AI model providers (Anthropic), solely to operate the Services.
• Legal requirements — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and remembering preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect site functionality.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, to comply with legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. Chatbot conversation logs are retained for 12 months unless a longer period is required for audit or legal purposes.

• Request access to or deletion of your personal information;
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information);

8. Email Marketing

Marketing emails comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and opt-out requests are honored promptly. Transactional emails (receipts, account notices) may still be sent after you unsubscribe from marketing.

9. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including our ArkHive audit and governance controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
